Application: The hand cream can be used all day and as needed.
Bestvital® organic liquid colostrum:
1-2 tbsp per day. Can be mixed with a cold drink. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 weeks. Shake before use. Can be stored unopened at room temperature for approx. 2 years. Please store in the dark.

2-3 capsules per day. Do not take with warm drink. Can be stored unopened at room temperature for approx. 2 years.
