How are the organic colostrum capsules optimally dosed?
Bestvital® organic colostrum in the practical capsule form has been our bestseller for years. Each capsule contains 400 mg of pure colostrum powder. We recommend a daily dosage of two to three colostrum capsules. Overdosing is also not possible, as it is a purely natural product and ingredients that are not required are simply excreted by the body. However, the organic colostrum capsules should not be taken with warm drinks.
How should organic colostrum liquid be dosed?
The colostrum liquid dosage differs from the dosage in capsule form – we generally recommend consuming one to two tablespoons (approx. 10 ml) per day. Bestvital® organic colostrum liquid should also be kept in the refrigerator after opening and consumed within 2 weeks. Unopened, the liquid extract can be kept at room temperature for approx. two years.

The powder contained in the organic colostrum capsules is a purely natural foodstuff that is preserved solely by degreasing, cold and sterile microfiltration and gentle freeze-drying and therefore does not require any preservatives. Bestvital® organic colostrum capsules can therefore be kept unopened for at least two years.
