This is possible under the link ‘Different delivery address’ when entering personal data during the ordering process.

You can use this feature if, for example, you are not at home during the day and you want the products delivered to your workplace.

What security does Medsportiv GmbH offer with regard to my personal data?2023-03-29T16:24:07+01:00

In order to process your order, we need to ask you for your email address, your name, your shipping address, and, depending on the payment method, your bank code and your account number. Because we take the security of your data seriously.

Medsportiv GmbH uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to transfer customer data in the ordering process and on our forms on the pages Advice, Contact and Sales Partner. Such encryption is possible with all commercially available browsers. All information transmitted using this global, extra-secure method is 128-bit encrypted before it is sent to us.

All systems in which we store your customer data are password-protected and only accessible to a certain group of people. This group of people is prohibited from passing on the data to third parties by strict security regulations.

Shopping online at Medsportiv GmbH is fast, convenient and secure. Here’s how:

1) Select products and add to cart.

Please select the desired items and add them to your shopping cart. As soon as you have added a product to the shopping cart, the newly added products are displayed in the shopping cart. The shopping cart is located in the upper left corner of all shop pages. This way you can always see which items are already in your shopping cart. The total price of all selected products is also displayed there.

You can of course remove any products in the shopping cart or change the number of items. Selecting products does not in any way obligate you to purchase them. You can now continue shopping and select more products via the menu.

2) Proceed to checkout and complete the order.

After entering your email address, you can now enter your billing and shipping address and your payment details in our data form. Once you have finished filling out the form, confirm your acceptance of the T&Cs and simply click on ‘Submit Order’.

Now your order and your data will be transferred to Medsportiv GmbH. You can also send your order by fax or letter.

Incoming orders are promptly packed and delivered by Medsportiv GmbH. If you wish to cancel your order, please call our hotline immediately on 02405 42608 0. We ask for your understanding if your desired cancellation is no longer possible.

You will receive an email. The order confirmation will be sent directly to you after successful processing of your online order. By the way, you can check the delivery status at any time by phoning: 02405 42608 0.

In our online store you can place orders for Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark and Switzerland. If your country is not listed in the order process, please simply send us your order by email and/or ask what shipping costs apply to you.

How fast will my order be delivered within Germany?2023-03-29T16:24:10+01:00

Orders are shipped immediately after receipt of payment. In the case of direct debit, instant bank transfer or invoice, the goods will be shipped on the same day as the order, provided that it is received by 2:00pm, otherwise the goods will be shipped to you the next day.

What can I do if I am not at home when the delivery is made?2023-03-29T16:24:11+01:00

If the delivery driver cannot deliver to you, you will receive a notification card. You can then use this card to make another delivery appointment. Alternatively, you can pick up the goods personally from the relevant post office during the following 7 days.

If you are often away from home, you can ensure that the goods are left by your front door or delivered to a neighbour’s house in your absence by signing once at your local post office. This then automatically applies to all subsequent deliveries. Alternatively, you can also select a different delivery address, e.g. your workplace, when entering the personal data.

Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible to arrange fixed delivery times for orders.
